Diane Harrington Director
Diane Harrington grew up in Arlington and attended Northeastern University where she earned a BS degree in Early Childhood Education. She has worked for many years supporting children and families. Diane ran her own family childcare, supervised family child care providers, worked in Early Intervention as a Developmental Specialist and directed large child care programs. She lives in Winchester with her husband Kevin and they have six grown children, Kevin, Thomas, Catherine, Hank, Patrick, and Edward. Diane enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, watching movies, crossword puzzles and Scrabble.

Laurie has been with GraceWorks since October, 2006, and has 14 years in the fields of child-care and after-school programs.  One of Laurie's main responsibilities is to  supervise the after-school and summer teaching staff, and to oversee the safety of the children and the school environment.   She works daily with the children in various activities and groups.  Laurie has her Child Development Associates Degree (CDA) and has a Director I level qualification from the Massachusetts Department of  Early Education and Care (DEEC).
